This is crazy…🫠🫠
I filed my claim in July 2023 and received my interview on September, 2024. It's been six months, and I still haven't heard back or received any updates. So I contacted a live agent, and they told me I could file a claim after January 20, 2026. Crazy! I already received my interview. I don't know why it's taking so long to get back to me.

Estamos en las mismas, sometimos en junio 2023. En 13 agosto 2024 tuve la entrevista, al día siguiente me aprobaron la I130 y el oficial me dijo que en 2 o 3 meses me llegaría aprobacion de la I485, pero ya han pasado 8 meses y todavía no recibo razón de la residencia....
