thinking about expedite .#USCWife.
I was offered a job at a shelter (helping homeless people, those with addictions, etc.), but I haven't even received my work permit yet. Do you think I can request an expedited processing of my case?i really would love to acept this Community job offer 🥹

you can use your job offer and try to expedite through a senator or congressperson. I was going to do this but my EAD came before I needed to. lots to read about this subject on Reddit @Lala z

yea you can try to expedite the EAD. definitely won’t hurt to try. go to your congresspersons website and call the number and ask for help. worst they can say is no. best of luck. @Lala z

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 quick question, i clld uscis and they will call me maybe in 10 days (i told them about the job offer) just in case they denied to expedite tht means also my whole case will been denied too? or is just gonna keep processing normally how was it?

@Lala z your expedite denial is not going to cancel the case… they deny expedites all the time and sometimes approve it anyways shortly after.
