The nightmare is over!
my case was approved this morning during my interview at my local field office. I had the privilege of being interviewed by the nicest officer in the world. he approved me on the spot and gave me a stamp on my passport acknowledging I am a resident in case I need to travel soon! he said my greencard will be in the mail next week.
God is good.

no questions, when we were walking to his office he said he already requested my visa and my case was pretty much approved. we did the oath, confirmed my name and DOB and done.

@sure CA I filed mandamus Jan 2, got email from the attorney from the government saying that my case was pending FBI background check on February, January 11 got work permit approved, interview in April
