I would like to share the great news. my case was approved today! I remembered my LC was approved on 1/19 2021 and now my 485 was approved on 1/19 2022. It is really painful to wait alone, but I think 1/19 is my day! I wish all EB LIN friends to get green card soon! wish all the best! I can release for a while! thanks!

Hi. Congrats! Did you also get EAD/AP, or just straight to GC? also, did you contact or reach out to USCIS at any point while waiting?

@ Andy Cal All I am in US, I got my EAD around October 27 and 485 approve on 1/19/2022! I did exepedite requests but all deny

@Jimmy LO did you send expedite for EAD? I am on a work visa that is about to expire and without GC/EAD I won't be able to work. The company lawyers were hoping I will receive them earlier, but it might not happen. My receipt date is not current for case inquiry though.

@NoNewsFromLin I did exepedite EAD and 485 but all denied lol, but I did 765 exepedite 3-4 times and 485 2 times

do you have dependents? some people said interwaveduntervuew is waved if we have dependents? wanna check that pattern is correct? Thanks
