@Ivan R yes I did my medical exams in June 2024.

As of May 2025, the final action date for F2A is Jan 1, 2022. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think your priority date is current. Last year, my wife received her Green Card before her PD was current and we returned the card to the USCIS and still waiting for a second approval.
