The Vermont service Center. I'm a U.S Citizen, my husband was born in Trinidad. I found the approval letter in my documents. Now I'm just waiting for my status to change so I will be able to move forward to the next step.

it needs to be updated, but I got the approval letter. someone posted to look in the documents if it says activity being reviewed, and there it was. I noticed everything is slow, but it's most likely being processed or being sent to the NVC.

also, my husband and I been researching and finding out the dates they were working on, which was the end of March 2024. Our date was coming up

yes, only the second step has been approved the I-130 from USCIS. so its halfway through. The first step is the longest 😩. It was 450 days!

@Luella Ali Please tell me how long after your case was approved by USCIS did you receive your interview date? How many months later? Because my case was approved three days ago, and I applied on April 8, 2024
