Texas Center IR5
i filed for my parents last year on May 19, Texas Center. On September 9, it changed to Uscis is actively reviewing the case and nothing is outstanding. is this a good sign?
If anyone else has experience with Texas Center how long did it take for the i130 to be approved?

nothing outstanding and actively reviewing is a good sign. you will be contacted soon, my daughter sponsored me and it took 8 months. Brooklyn New York center

@J D what questions did they asked about you and your daughter ? because I’ll be filing for my parents soon

@sparta worl they ask me questions about myself, he said my daughter wasn't needed in the room. My daughter stayed outside in the waiting area, the interview lasted 20 minutes

Mine took 15 months to get approved. you may get updates Case is being actively reviewed for second time like I did and receive approval notice the same day or next day when it happens please check documents section on your Uscis portal approval notice will be there. good luck
