my 821 and 765 were approved the same day I had the biometrics after saying actively being reviewed for a few hours, but my girlfriend’s with same PD is still showing that status after more than 10 days

nope.. I have been told yesterday by my attorney that TPS started to take up to 12 months to get a decision.. as she has pending TPS cases over 8 months of waiting without a decision yet!.. hope we all get fast repsonses

well this came to my mind and I asked. she said they will start count the 18 months starting from the approval date not from the time the registration was opened.. which I haven’t heard this info before and not sure if its really accurate

I don't think that's accurate, as all TPS usually have the same expiration date regardless of when you apply
