You can do married filing separately and which completely valid as well. This is how my spouse and I do it and lawyer said it’s fine. as long as you select the “Married filing separately” option on your taxes.

we can't file married filed jointly if spouse does not have social numebr. we would have to file married file separately for it.

I have to wait to I get by my husband because they have to sign but if not you can have him take a pic or add a scanner ad. you are suppose to mail it in with your taxes no money order . it’s free the get the number just taxes and w7 . I go Monday by my husband well going have to send from Africa

put two form of the spouse identification card or passport / birth certificate. have him write a letter if he put the country stating that in your or in the country

he has to sign the taxes just send him a copy of it . I put mine in my husband what app . just email him the w-7 and the one page he needs to sign on the taxes . I think it page 2 it is . I just added a fake social so I can use the software and I download it . printed and just printed out that page again and write the numbers down .
