Thanks! I sent in my original expedite request through EMMA on November 3rd. Didn't hear anything back so I called the hotline on November 15th. Received and email to send evidence on November 17th. Sent evidence on the same day. Evidence is being reviewed on November 18th. Decision on November 22nd. My evidence was based off Financial Hardship and being on unpaid leave since June 2021. I was on OPT and my job had to put me on unpaid leave when my OPT EAD expired. Sent them a letter from my job stating employment would be terminated if I was unable to return to work after 6 months (January 3rd). Hope this helps.

Excatly in the same boat. Card was produced on November 24. I am not able to check the status as website is down at present.

@Yash I thought it was just me when I tried to check the website this morning! For a second, I was convinced USCIS was just tired of me checking the status over and over again 🤣🤣

when you called USCIS what did you say to get pass the automated chat and speak to a live agent? (Everytime I call them I get recorded voice say they can give me an update on my case status without talking to an agent) I also submitted expedite for I765 on Nov 4th and have had no reply. Thanks.

I learnt if they failed to reply you within 7days. you will need to wait for 30days.

You can also try to expedite via Emma.

Hi Liam! When you call, the automated voice will ask what you're calling for. I usually say "expedite case". she'll ask if it's a certain form (can't remember which one) and I say no. Then she'll list out the available options for expediting. Mine was financial hardship so I just said that and was transferred to an agent. Hope this helps..
