submitted my I-485 since Aug 4, 2022 (r1 approved, I-360 approved)
it’s passed the processing time of 34 months. Any idea on what to do next?
it’s been on “Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction (Sept 10, 2024)”
Also, has anyone traveled on Advanced Parole (Travel doc) lately?

Sri Lanka and Dubai both I came Los Angeles airport I am waiting only 20 minutes they checked my everything put the visa one year my passport

I traveled to Dubai in 2024 for a month,No questions ask in secondary inspection.
and also I got my renewal advance parole last week for 5 years validity.

so, I can travel to my country too? I want to go for 3 weeks. any idea what doc to hold along side my Advance parole?

EB4 has retrogressed to April 2022 and visa numbers for the Category has been exhausted till new physical year in October, 2025. it’s okay to travel with your AP. many have re entered the US without any issues. However be aware that if your 485 is denied for whatever reason while you are away, you won’t be let back in.
