@Rahim Kamara @Kadir Dirikan @grace Jo @Kay Thompson @beaver s this is the response I got then I used the help chat box: I completely understand how confusing status updates can be, so I’m happy to explain. 💛 Internally in the app, some cases were previously showing “Unknown” as the status. This internal status is different from your official USCIS case status and is mainly used for the metrics you see in the app. A couple of weeks ago, USCIS created this new case status category, and the app’s analysis now recognizes these cases as “Received” instead of “Unknown.” This means you’ll start seeing your analysis and ranking updated correctly based on this internal status. In short: everything is working as intended, and your ranking and internal metrics in the app are now reflecting the correct status. ✅

same with my ead application, it moves from biometric to received

@Kay Thompson if you click on more, next to notifications, there is a help center and when you click that, you can chat with someone from Lawfully - bottom right is the chat box
