assuming you are in Nebraska, the waiting time is increasing, but I believe you should receive a decision soon, I would say within 1-4 weeks.

i knew a case with PD on Jan 21, 2024 got approved a few days ago so yeah we can just keep waiting and hoping. it seemed we already normalized the wait and so the officers so it just keeps dragging on forever.

@L V I140, IOE09238… yes NIW becomes more popular and USCIS are being flooded with premium cases. I feel like if a case is under review long enough, up to a point, it will become “forgotten” and will never be reviewed. Later, as we become current, our patience runs out and we have to pay for premium eventually. .
