my i-140 is for EB3-1 submitted feb 27. same service center and still waiting

its still normal processing times, if you are in a hurry then do PP if not then it would take around 12-14months right now

Yeah, I was optimistic when I sent in the application. It was around 6-8 months. Now it is over a year for some reasons. Thank you guys for listening to me whining. 🥲

@September 2022 I hope we will hear soon. Legally’s analysis shows that 67% of March applications are approved, only 24% of March applications are still under process. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻!

I submitted my petition Dec 2023 and still waiting for it. very painful

300 days here. We can expect to have the result out in 400 days I guess.
