You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Tina C Hi! how are you? Do you have any update on your case? So, last month I contacted my senator and 2 days after uscis sent me the RFE for medical, than they approved my I130! and now I’m waiting for I485

@Lau L Nice!! I think your 485 will be approved any time soon!
My 485 got approved last Saturday! Actually I filed mandamus lawsuit in February since I never received EAD card either. I thought the result would come soon, but USCIS extended lawsuit deadline twice.
