generally the proccessing time is between 11 to 28 mlnths. After 28 months they will give u a 10 years green card but 24 month if your case processing you will a 2 years green card. I think after 28 months if you dont have any responses, contact the congress near you and he will help. actually, my wife is in the same situation even your PD is different. our PD is: March 8, 2021.
