still no biometrics request
I’m very close to the 200 day mark from my receipts of filing at Nebraska. I received my Prima Facie fairly quickly and only My EAD & AP were transferred to Vermont also early on. My category is under C9, what is taking so long for a biometrics request? my lawyer has been amazing and even he has had difficulty getting in touch with USCIS, after a month of him trying to inquire has just received a note saying they are processing his inquiry which he stated from his experience will take another 30 days. Majority of ppl with my similar timeline, office and exact filing have already submitted biometrics.

did you filed anything before and do biometrics, because sometimes they would reuse those fingerprints.

@tash is absolutely correct and if you’ve never given bio before they would have nothing to use. no doubt you were suppose to get appointment to do bio. nothing surprises me with immigration though. I hope it all works out for you🙏🏾

Something wrong someone misplaced it or lost Biometrics are requested 1-3 months earlier on
