They willl not abe able to file since they are using the final action date. Filing date is irrelevant to USCIS.

@jack m no, uscis normally use filing date in october. But date of filing is December so it won’t be any difference.

I agree with @BDV PUBLIC ENEMY #1 . This was expected and I did say that we should not see a huge movement. I was expecting the FAD to atleast move to the first week of August but that too was not met. Pleaee be assured that by Q2 2026 the FAD would have moved significantly.

@JUNE 2021 they will probably use it as it makes no sense to move it so much

I am Sad!!!! people say this new fiscal year will move only 3-4 months for ROW, I don’t understand if India and China have more people in line why are they in movement almost all months!!!
