I have the same case. EB1 India PD - June 2023. So it has never been current. Jun 18 my 485J was approved. Jun 20 I received the update that the 485 is being actively reviewed - Also got a FTA1. Same status for my spouse’s 485. Not sure what it means. I did not have an RFE. Did you check your 485J? not the case status - but the documents under 485J in Myuscis portal. I found the approval notice there. my case status is still ‘We have received’

my employer did. And its the same employer not a new employer
