Status Change. Did anyone recieved this?

Please did anyone receive something like this. And if yes what was it? September makes it 4years I filed for vawa.

I have got same thing 3 months ago it was saying eligibility notice which is PF. I applied 9/12/2022 and this is my 7th PF but first time I have got this notice.
My lawyer said this is could be last one and you could get decision after this.

speak positive over your case @Leo B , everyone case is uniquely different, some may have gotten NOID at this point in there case doesn’t mean you’re getting the same thing, we often time assume and think the worst is coming when in fact it’s great news, before we assume what’s coming let’s tell ourselves that what is coming is good news. I wish you all the best in this journey I know it can be stressful I’ve been just stay positive my dear

@Leo B hope for the best but prepare for the worst. seems like noid to me as I also had the same case status. I highly suggest having all the documents ready as you will only have 33 days to respond. use chatgpt to list all the requirements of vawa and compare with your list of documents. post what you got in the letter.

@Leo B yes it was an noid for original 130 and I had 33 days but even before it was decided, it was withdrawn.

@Leo B I replied to them within 33 days and then they started processing but before they can make any decision, the petitionar withdraw the application
