congrat. What is the time frame for the approval and time you provided proof / evidence?

it was on Humanitarian grounds. I submitted the expedited request on 4th Feb and the evidence I submitted was medical reports. The expedited case was approved on 17th and the other approvals were provided today.

Thanks . I did my own on Feb9 and it has been allocated to an officer but they not asked for any proof / evidence . Am just worry as I need to work to support my wife due the financial challenges we are facing . she is the only one working

I received a mail on 7th to submit evidence. that is how I knew it was under an officer. also when you call USCIS or chat with Emma, give the SR ref nkover for them to get you the necessary information.

@ PC when was your I 140 approved was it filed concurrently

it was filed concurrently. it is yet to be approved.

@P C - Nowadays there is no option to request expedite for I-765 / I-131, Emma is pointing to the website where we have the option to do I-140 premium, that too for EB1-C there is no option to do premium. Info on expedite process will help!
