Have you been making inquiries at USCIS?

yes after 2 years I making one inquiries,no response,after 30 months,one expedite request,they denied the expedite request.it’s Texas service center.my spouse is us citizen.

you said removal proceeding is your spouse in removal? and did you file your I-485 with the judge or with USCIS?

According to information online you are supposed to terminate asylum case with approved I-130. That's why they are siting on your I-485. if they denied with court then file I-485 with immigration court not USCIS. If court approves termination then you can file with USCIS.

C J I file with uscis,because after the I-130 get aprouved the juge didn’t want terminate de case.

The judge won't terminate the case if the office of chief counsel ICE doesn't get a copy of the termination. Get a better lawyer. Both Judge and ICE attorneys have to agree to terminate. Then you can file with USCIS. If they deny then file I-485 with immigration court.

A . do you by any chance know how long approval takes when you file I-485 with the immigration court instead of USCIS? is it faster when you file with the immigration court?

well with me my lawyer advice for us to file with us USCIS and I did apply with them on 7/7/21 and everything when fast and am waiting for my interview on 11/10/21

C J congratulations to you, and thanks for sharing. I’m still waiting for my I-130 to get approved. It’s been actively reviewing for about 3months now. Although my pd is May 2021. My fingers are crossed
