I have a question so I want to use my dad as an sponsor but he has his own business like people rent his houses and apartments what paper work would I need for him and yes of course he filed tax return every year but he don’t have paystubs ?

he would need to show that he has been filing the taxes for at least 3 years prior to filing for you he also has to be earning a specific amount of money to be able to do affidavit if he’s not earning that amount he can still file but you’ll need an affidavit he can still file for you if is income is not enough but you’ll need a affidavit of support to show that they’ll be able to support you so his tax transcript is needed is his rental buisness registered as a llc if not he needs to get that done.
