hey everyone, my wife is speaking to a lawyer on Monday so we can get some legal advice on what to do next, it’s sad it’s come to this but we really don’t know what else to do, will keep everyone updated

@Larry And Daniela Giles Giles we aren’t really in a financial position currently to go that far, I heard it can cost a few thousand to do that, but we have a few questions about what other options we have so hopefully they can get answered

@Jacob Needham i beleive everything will be alright soon, GOD is our Lawyer and he will do it for us. my PD is Oct 17 2023 at Vermont service center and still waiting

You can find step-by-step instructions on how to submit a Mandamus without a lawyer on Reddit. I have the same PD as you, and also have not heard back. Also in Vermont. my case just went from 5 months to 6 months and now “taking longer than expected…” allw within 2 weeks. Did yours do the same?
