@ayel yael The REF in June 2024 was for my medical. I was invited for another biometrics in August 2026 but it was only for a picture capture and no fingerprints.

@morena Flores It went pretty smooth! She asked me some Yes/No questions and then some of the information in my I-485. Ex-partner's name, DOB, Marriage date etc. Then she tried to ask about my VAWA (which was already approved). I told her that my lawyer says the case is closed nd I should not discuss it without her(my lawyer). Then the officer says... "I am not trying to bring up any negative emotion, I am just trying to ask a few things before we send your green card". So she asked me some questions about where we lived and the issues we had. I tried to answer without giving too much detail. And then she said she can’t make a decision immediately and then will reach out to me.
Everyone’s experience is different but I would say memorize all your I-485 answers and God will surely see you through!
