Site Remains Down; however, Lawfully Notified of "Approval" (I-765)?
You would expect an "approval" to be welcomed with excitement, rather, I'm sitting here baffled. USCIS site has been down, as several here have confirmed, probably since Friday...however, I just received a notification from Lawfully action has been taken on my case (I-765 Employment Authorization): approved. Is this a false positive, indication of a true approval? If the site is down, and my understanding is Lawfully feeds from the site, what is going on? Thoughts? Mine is to take it with a grain of salt and wait for the site to come back up to validate this. Baffled.

I just checked my email and I have in there the official email from USCIS indicating action taken + entered my receipt number in the link you suggested and it confirmed the approval. Thank you for being a voice of reason! Shocked and looking forward to the next small win before the ultimate finish line! Wishing good news on your cases as well!

@E M lawfully uses probably api endpoints that uscis makes available and it doesn’t mean these services are specifically down if their website is down…. you might still have access to the data and get updates here… anyway, congrats!

I also have analyzing the web page to find a script in the html page giving us more clue on what’s going on but even there uscis stays very vague in where they’re at with our applications 😡
