I received it and been working ever since got my ead+green card and my social in the mail

@mel did you use a lawyer? how much did it cost and pls what are the documents needed and how long is the process…. I just got the guardianship for my niece

@Lucy hey my uncle got my guardianship too!! yes we used a lawyer costed around 3500 we didn’t pay for uscis since Sijs are eligible for waiver.this is a two step process going to court to prove your eligibility for Sijs then immigration filling. they required my birth certificate to prove my age, signed paper by my bio parents to prove my abandonment,my grades,medical papers(to prove that it was in by best interest to stay in this country). we went to court in January filled in February and I got my Ead+gc+social In July. my advice when filling do the medical exam and file your 360+485+765 concurrently to make the process smooth and quicker. Also this is a really complex process so get a lawyer I know it might be expensive but it’s worth it. Again good luck in y’all journey!
