@Neftalí Fé Yes, but it’s a bit disheartening to see that many folks with priority dates in 2020/21 are still waiting. It seems like those who’ve been waiting longer should have priority, even though we know that doesn’t actually change the decisions.

did you send your medicals with your application?

It hasn’t been submitted yet. My application was filed in 2023, and now I’m just waiting for them to request my medical exam. I spoke with my lawyer, and he said there’s nothing else to do at this point but wait

I filed mine in 2022, and I included my medical, but it got expired. I got a RFE recently for my medical and job offer. I am now waiting for decision.

@g f unfortunately the inquiry does not have any effects, they just keep extending their normal processing time on their website
