(SIJ)Final action date current since april 2026) whole process take me 7 years and still not done yet..
USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) on September 16, 2026, requesting the new edition of Form I-485.
The deadline to respond is October 16, 2026(30 days)..(USCIS New York city field office)
I sent the completed package new edition of Form I-485 and my medical report to USCIS by FedEx on September/23/2026 by priority mail.
my package was delivered on September 24, 2026.
However, as of today, USCIS system has not been updated to show that they received my RFE response.
I am very worried because I want to make sure USCIS received my documents before deadline and will continue processing my case before the deadline.🥺😢
(how long take the process and anyone received RFE from new york city field office)?
