I’m ROW chargeable, which might have helped. But not a health worker, and all expedites over AP,EAD,GC were denied.

how many times did you expedite? i am row too, eb2 submitted on december 3, 2020. i am happy to see progress on Nebraska cases 😊

when was your expedite? to see if by any chance just raising the expedite has had helped, even though you are saying it’s been denied!

congrats. I’m june filler and fingers crossed to get ead/ap.. anyone know if there’s any way to expedite or premium for ap? i’m not in financial rush and my i94 was extend to 2023 but L1 already expires. It’s been 2 years without go back to my country

L1 extension was applied for in December 2020 and granted in May 2021 (until Jan 2023), so not a factor I don’t think
