Highly likely the DOF will move past your date. I don't remember if the medical has to be taken within a certain time from filing your I-485

@adam smith you might want to start calling the civil surgeons in your zone, there is no flat price, and I noticed the range is quite broad.

@f c January 2024 will likely to be current in October and maybe with good news for the final action date as well to be current.

May not be in October because they will run out of the visa this year based on already filed applications. So likely the October month will be used to clear that backlog. I definitely believe we will see forward movement around November

@adam: Mine is Nov 24, 2023. I have started because for the consular processing it was nov 15 in June. I am sure they will move dof like 2-3 months.
