did you do an inquiry?

I submitted an inquiry on the USCIS website and they scheduled an interview about 10days after the inquiry. However, that interview was cancelled and I am right back to square one. It’s been almost 2 months now, yet no response regarding another scheduled interview

I have not contacted my senator yet or filed a writ of mandamus

@John Doe you mean you already had attended 1 485 interview and since then you have been waiting for approval? and now they r trying to schedule you a fresh interview?

@Sheero Laura That interview only felt like a tease because it was cancelled the exact same day it was scheduled and that’s what makes the situation even more frustrating

@John Doe They have this habit I don’t know why. so frustrating!

I tend to think sometime they just delay to test how “ deep are the waters”😉😉

@Jackson U The first interview was scheduled but canceled immediately (same day), so I never attended. Another one was scheduled roughly a month later, and I was approved the next day
