I think expedite is the last option for us

just put the expedite request stating the reason it’s already outside of processing time and you are tired of putting service request again and again

I will call uscis and ask them if I can expedite for that reason thank you @A hope

if you ask them they will simply say no .. so its better not to waste more time ask them directly to expedite

i will do the same after the time if second service request is over

@A hope since I have never received response to my service request. They told me tier 2 agent will email or call me in 30 days.
