did anyone got response any kind for their service request. I put it while ago I am not getting any response and Emma saying only keep waiting.

same I put request 10 days ago and after 10 days I got same email again that uscis received ur expedited request

Yes this is normal, if it has been longer than 30days you can resubmit the request and if no response after 30-45 day you may enlist the assistance of yor local congressman.
