@shenni law @Kingsley B @Baby Love couple days ago the agent told me that my interview was waived and they requested my medical. I sent in my medical as requested…now this week am awaiting scheduling interview. the service request came from New Hampshire field office but I live in another state. so I am assuming national benefit center sent it to a state that is not backlogged.. to go over the state and they changed it to interview. I really want to see my family for the holidays…I really do😢😢😢

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza did you get any update on your case today? I just checked and it’s showing that step 3 is completed “never did an interview” I see everyone is saying it might be a glitch in the system.

I checked and it went back to step 1…saying next step is biometrics

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza it’s definitely a glitch. mine checked step 3 yesterday but case decision went from 2 weeks to 14 months. Spoke with a live agent today and she told me my case was assigned to a officer at the Brooklyn field office it’s been reviewed, but they have not made a final decision yet.
