@JAH nor Orellana they received my medicals July 25th, 21 days ago. did you case got approved after you reponded to second rfe ?

@Ena 22 they request 1 or 2 letters if those are notarized even better! I was able to get 5 letters total(for vawa) and sent them all, just to make sure they dont have to request more.

@Ena 22 Oh! a lot is changing with this people. Don’t know what 2nd rfe could be for i485. Just hold on for few days to receive the notice and see what they are asking

@F A I did some research, looks like most probably it’s going to be for 864 form but that form is a part of 485 form now. all they are asking for page 8 of 485 form for 864 waiver

@praying 4goodnewz someone on Reddit mentioned that as that person also received that rfe. I will receive my rfe by next week. Will let you know

I received a zip / postal code rfe last week, Is this some new trend? my medicals are expiring soon in a few weeks. I’m guessing they will send another one for that
