second interview
USCIS sent me a letter for second interview 2 years after I passed everything. when I appeared the IO ask why I’m there. after looking deep inside my case. he told me I have two options withdraw my application or wait for decision because at the first interview I started to separate from my spouse which not qualify for 3 years rule. and my case will be denial for sure 95%. I don’t know what should I do. I’m in Charleston South Carolina. are there any immigrant lawyer can help me which this?

how they knew it that you was separating? you told them in the first interview?

yes, I told them. because they asked if we still living together. I can’t hide this. they will know anyway by where I work.
