Hi everyone. I hope some of the experts can chime in here. so I guess after the 3rd confirmation that our case is at Seattle FO (non local), interview being waived and API still shows NBC under documents tab, I guess it is Seattle then. we had 2 silent updates to date. We submitted all required documentation. But I will be honest to say, it feels like only EB3 has action. You hardly ever see EB3 other ROW getting approved or is it just that it doesn’t get reported on the success rate? Does anyone know what the latest statistics are on how many visa numbers are left before the end of this fiscal year? PD 9/1/2021. waiting forever. RD 12/8/2025. electronic filed

EB3 OW are getting approved. The reason why you don’t see them is due to the difference in number between the regular EB3 and OW. We are limited to 10,000 visas where not everyone post about their case. Dont worry you are towards the final line

@Mark White thank you for always giving us the positive feedback. I see they say average 8 months processing time, however it just feels like forever. But thank you for helping everyone else to keep the faith and focus. Do you think they will issue all estimate available visas that is left before the end of the year? I remember seeing a post where someone estimated about 2000+ estimate left to still use.
