RFE was received!!!🙏🏼 #RFE #I-130
They finally updated my case I got a second actively reviewed by uscis today and then got a notification that they received my respond for the RFE. Hopefully I can get approved soon.

hey I received a RFE online but don’t know what they are requesting for. I did not receive anything in the mail so what to do ??

@Cyn U They sent on May 11th but received on May 15.

@Ive VN No, my lawyer took so long sending the evidence🤦🏻♀️ cause they ask for a lot of stuff to prove our marriage and also needed to sent and translate some documents. so we sent the package on June 6 and just yesterday they updated it.

@Regina Bailey Hey, it takes some time. for me it took 4 days to get it on the mail. check also your uscis account you might see it there before you get it in the mail. when did you receive that message?

Yes lawyers take long for everything. My lawyers didn't want to send evidence of the relationship along with the i-130 and I didn't like that. I hope I don't get an RFE because I know that will delay my process 1 or 2 months. My case has been in USCIS for 12 months already
