I received an rfe on the 25th of March2021 and response was sent on the 30 th of March2021. I have still not heard anything from uscis. Pd is 18 of January 2020. USC is the petitioner. anyone in my shoes. how long does uscis take to respond to an rfe. thanks

the USCIS received evidence of my RFE on March 11, I still haven't had any response from them

I will advise you to resend it again they might ask you to wait for 2-3 months to file a complaint at the end they say they lost it that happened in my case instead of waiting for that long kindly resend it again that my advise. thanks

@Paulina then you may have to resend as next day delivery. with a cover letter explaining the first one was sent too. I sent mine twice and my case updated twice

I'm still waiting too..I sent my RFE on March 15 2021 and till now no update that they received it..I called USCIS and they say after 60days if I got no response then they can file for inquiry for me.... it's really breaking me now cos my RFE deadline will be over by Friday May 14.... Vermont centre is so annoying.. Note..I summited another RFE when I couldn't get an answer for the first one.i was hoping they lost it but the agent told me not to send anything again... I'm unhappy now

yayyyyy. I have been approved. pd January 18 2020. rfe sent on 25 th March. received by uscis 4th of June then yesterday actively being reviewed and today approved. thanks be to God. Spouse is usc. Vermont service center
