RFE responded
hello everyone,
I filled vawa month of FEB 2020 and received RFE in June 2022 responded in July 2022, no any updates till November2023. and then my attorney saying he filled an enquiry in December 2023. in January 2024 I received my first Prima Facies. but again still the same. no any updates.
do you know guys anyone know how long may take to get any updates, is there any one who had a same kind of case.
the RFE about proof of abuse.

what was the rfe for? you seem to be outside processing time. you can do case inquiry through congress

@Mrkvica M. i have been waiting almost 5 years without any movement of my case. last time i checked with my senator they said case is currently under review

@laila mila they were telling me that they are doing security checks for years. under review means that you will get decision soon 🙏🙏
