RFE responded a month ago and,PD is current till June , but PD is not current.
RFE responded a month ago and,PD is current till June , but PD is not current next month July because of retrogression , what will happen ?

that happened to me last year.. I responded to RFE April 28 and retrogression happened May 1, so my case could not be completed in time. I have been CRP since then… 😪

it’s a waiting game. I waited for update on my RFE response for 4 months but nothing happened, until the case was eventually transferred to a field office

mine was an oversight by uscis… so my lawyer just told them that they were incorrect ;p

@Law K birth certificate. my PD is April 2022 (global line ) , so hopefully in a few months I can go back in line 😥
