RFE on I 485
Just received a RFE on my 4 cases (mine, my wife and 2 kids). I’m assuming this is for medical, which I didn’t file initially. Wondering if it’s normal that they ask for medical before you case becomes current? i will be current on July2024. PD Jan 2023. I 140 approved April 2023.

@Mr LB B Please can you explain what you meant by you'll become current by July when Your PD is Jan 2023?
By your PD, you ought to have become current by the last date movement, not the most recent one. correct me if I'm wrong

@Fessy Adex my PD will be current for final action date by July 1st, according to July 2024 visa bulletin . I don’t understand what you mean on your comment by date movement - not most recent one

@Fessy Adex I see what you mean now. June 2024 visa bulletin shows Jan 15 2023 as current for me but my Pd is 31 Jan 2023, so I was 15 days away from being current in June

@Mr LB B Hi. I got the same PD. January 23. please let me know any news about your case. thanks. I didn’t submit the medical exam in the beginning. We are 4. My wife 2 kids and myself. thanks

@Raul Mayor Hi Raul, i sent my medical forms (had it in my back pocket ) a few days ago and they received them 2 days after updating my status to “RFE response received”. now waiting. On the I 765 side we all received our EADs. I 131 still pending. Best,

@Mr LB B Nice! Me too, I got the Medical exam ready to send as soon they recuest it. My PD is January 24th 2023 and few days ago my son (13) got his EAD approved in July 10. only him for now at least it’s moving. 👍🏽
