RFE in Day 44 after PP (39 countries)
I got an RFE today in the business day 44 since my request for PP. I haven’t received details on the RFE yet, but I heard two opinions: some said these are harsh ones due to the negative factor for nationality, others say they usually buy time since they can’t adjudicate cases from the 39 countries. any thoughts what to expect?

if you want to know sooner, send them a request for a softcopy. it usually is the letters for tour service center, followed with -Premium.Processing@uscis.dhs.gov
so for texas it is:
TSC-Premium.Processing@uscis.dhs.gov
I did and got the softcopy the same day
