got rfe asking for proof of experience and qualifications per my perm. we had submitted this during intial submission but they probably missed it.

have you submitted your RFE and got approval with that. so, I am wondering the officer!!!!

they gave me 3 months to respond to the RFE but my lawyer said there is still another 60 days extension . Pls is it true that , response to RFE has additional extension of 60 days?

OMG! 84 days. it seems this officer has its own operating model and framework applying to NIW. Did you have a very extensive RFE?

@ r f, i have just found your msg about number in the RFE, which is Similar to mine. This officer challenged every single evidence in my submission looking for small details to disqualify. Hope you have a positive update very shortly so that i can say I know someone approved by him/her after RFE, as I am not finding anyone able to share any experience with this officer.

it seems that he/she likes to write huge above the average RFE challenging everything he can comes to review, that should explain why it takes so long to respond RFE.

USCIS states 60 days. I am reviewing a several cases after response and average is 15 -45 days.

I am way over that timeframe

few officers take longer time to respond, but there is not much you can do then wait, and I know how you feel.

i was wondering what happened to the other names on the top of this list who also received RFE from this officer in June22. it would be great if they can share their experiences and outcomes after responding the RFEs.

i am so sorry John. If you refile your process should go to another officer and as I have seen before you will be approved quickly. it seem this officer raised the bar to the EB-1 criteria ou higher on purpose.

Yes, over the phone takes up to 30 calendar days to receive an update . you have to say infopass and you get transfered to a live agent .

you call the number for uscis. when they ask you for your case you just say info pass then the computer will transfer you to a live agent. he is going to ask you info about your case and you tell him or her your case number full name and a mail address in the US. explain how many days you have been waiting for final decision . they will raise a service request

she told me yesterday that for and rfe usually you should be getting a response within 60 days

i am so sorry Sam Lovac. There ia no problem with your profile or petition, the problem is the officer that denies most of the cases. Reapply the same case and you will get another officer that will fair evaluate your petition.

i read a twitter the other day about this officer: DevushkaFS @DevushkaStarchu • • Replying to @LegalDreamer4 @USCIS and @USCISDirector Everyone who is stuck at Texas center i140: if you sue @USCIS following Mandamus Writ for the delay, and then receive RFE from "adjucating officer XM0460" ', you are doomed. He rejects most of the i140. This is a new way to project anger towards you if you sue

reapply and you will be approved by another officer.

leck, how long is your RFE ?

Up until now I have not found a person who received RFE from this officer and got approved. This officer sents huge RFE to make sure he covers every single little opportunity to deny. I really wish I am wrong as I am working hard to respond RFE, but I am losing hope againgst this officer anger against immigrants.

i am so sorry to hear. they normally respond in 15-20 days, but it is clear this officer is different and way more complicated than others.

I got a response from my service request. it says I am on the i140 timeframe . I think maybe the officer that I talked to made a mistake and did not say that the RFe was over 90 days

Looks like service request don’t work. you should have a response any time soon. it cannot take much longer than this. Fingers cross for your approval coming soon!

i can’t believe JJ. it is unbelievable that you have to wait for so long for such a bad new. This officer is so unfair and should have a way to report him in anyway as he deny all the cases after RFE. i have no responses of my RFE and Inam wondering if it still make sense to wait or withdraw and reapply

to be honest no matter it is you should reapply asap and it will be approved directly. it is just matter to get in another office. XM0460 is there just to deny cases.

I will have to reapply. In the end I always knew that it was going to be denied. the thing was that it took too long for the final decision. I have a major in aviation 19 years of expirience

@Leck B to be honest with the knowledge I have today I would of withdrawn my application. I also had to pay premium after 150 days of waiting time to get a final decision. because I was going crazy. I think my answer came because of premium if not I don’t know how much more longer I would of had to wait

I am so sorry for you. i know another two pilots rejected by this officer + 1 recent withdrawn because he knows this officer denies all after RFE, he/she send NOIDs in format of RFE. All profiles denied by the officer are very qualified with all requisities e more than 15 years experience

but for a reason he send pages and pages of RFE looking for withdraws, and those who respontd RFE he rejects everyone, and the worst is that USCIS should endorse his practices.

Hi @j j did you received your denial letter? did the officer acceot any of your response/evidences? or just replicate same b/s points on the RFE. To me, he/she sends RFE because he is obligated, but the RFE his final sentence and his bar is higher than any other officer. Did you applied w/ a lawyer?

I received a denial from this officer, he doesn’t recognize my signature as being real! That was the reason! He didn’t even read my process!
