@Es Duke This sounds like you didn’t properly fill out the public charge section of the I-485 form

right- but now I do not know if they are looking for the answers from 2024 when it was filed or now 2026? our household income is different then it was in 2024

but isn’t the form I-485 completed by the beneficiary who is looking to adjust status? thanks!
