@unskill_PD April30 2021 . same. are you close to the office? do you know if they aee closed. they did not get delivered today as well. I'm now losing ideas on what to do. when did you send your rfe?

@sharmeen moona Friday was a holiday. check the tracking number until this Friday. I sent my 5-months ago. At this point, everything on KC is expected.

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . yeah we have been checking that. i really do not know what else to do. wow five months and still nothing? was it medical RFE?

@sharmeen moona. Mine were just the pay stubs. In the interview, the officer almost asked me for the medical again, so I showed that it was not expired. Is yours the medical exam?

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . RFE asked for everything. old or any job info for past 12 years, 12 pay stubs from the current employer, all tax transcripts, resident proofs past 12 years like lease documents, everything we took with us, they asked for it. wish they asked it during interview so we could have just given it to them coz we had it with us. our medical was also valid but we gave a new one during interview anyways so they don't have a reason to delay.

@sharmeen moona. They want to delay. Every RFE resets the time. So, they will have more 180 days to have one answer or ask for another RFE.

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . we also got reaponse from senator today that uscis said they assigned an officer to adjudicate our case. lets pray and hopw things get better.

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . when I spkoe to BDV they said there is not a single approval in KC yet. @sharmeen moona I'm glad there is at least a movement in your case. Mine is still pending for interview it says in the system. It has ben 7 months post interview.

@Abe Moor i spoke to few people and one of them said he heard someone else got their rfe too.

i responded my rfe 2 months ago yet no decision

@sharmeen moona I checked mine FedEx tracking number from 5 months ago. It never changes for deliveried. I guessing that lawyers sent electronically. I sent a message to the envoy about this.

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . the RFE letter says if your receipt number starts with IOE, you can send it electronically, otherwise by mail. I pointed that out to Envoy and that is why it was sent by mail.
