RFE appeared after interview then disappeared – now says “nothing outstanding.”
Hi everyone, I had my I-485 (marriage-based) interview today. A few hours later our case status briefly changed to “Request for Evidence sent” and then went back to “Case is being actively reviewed – our records show nothing is outstanding.” There’s no new document under the Documents tab. Has anyone else had this happen? Did it turn out to be a system glitch or a real RFE that showed up later? st turned out to be a system glitch?
