@Anto A they have dispatched it not yet recieved but i will again inform you about the RFE. secondly it all happened after I submitted inquiry so talking to a lawyer he told me that they buy time by doing this …. so lets see what they require in RFE

@Stay Positive! 786 I applied as self petitioner so don’t know much criticalities but for the RFE I think i need to consult a good immigration lawyer… petition was really simple as it was drafted by me so you can imagine

Hi, what kind of information it was required in your RFE. If is not problem for you share it. my case it was submitted on January 5/2024 in Nebraska Center. Long wait but for some reason I though that probably the RFE after all that time is not possible. but I read your update and I am anxious. by the way of you form is approve your adjust of status probably it will be in November 2025. I did a proyeccion with the last movements of the bulletin.
