You can see it in your case at the USCIS account in the tab "documents".

and i would respond asap because i just found out yesterday the officer that is handling the case has 60 days to respond smh

do they say they have everything and then ask or do they usually just ask .

it’s either something you submitted wasn’t clear or adding up or after they did an investigation, they require another supporting document that supports your claim or maybe you didn’t entirely submit a particular document.

@ma ma, it happened to my case too. they requested for my marriage certificate, which I actually included in my initial submission, maybe along the way, it got missing at their end. well, who am I to blame them lol… I immediately mailed another one to them. so mail another ones to them asap…priority mail!!!

@ma ma you dont need the physical letter they are mailing you can print that one out from under your document section and send it in thats what i did

@ma ma, because I was tracking what I sent to them, they got it and it was the next day that they acknowledged receipt of it and my status then changed back to “case is being reviewed…”. and they haven’t approved yet, since October that they received it. they recently transferred my case to another SC. idk why 🤷🏽‍♂️

@ma ma, my case was at Nebraska, which is about the fastest:4-7months processing time, but for whatever reasons, they moved it to Vermont- which is almost the slowest:10-13months wait time. it’s just disappointing and stressful. smh. i chatted Emma yesterday and a live agent said they are treating Dec2020 cases and I submitted Mar2021

if you don’t have a USCIS account, there’s nothing you can do… you’ll just have to wait till you get the physical copy in the mail. if your attorney did everything for you, It sounds like you wont have a USCIS account. js
